Victoria Laguna

Victoria Laguna is the CEO and co-founder of Agentic Labs and author of UNSTOPPABLE, a book exploring human potential, self-mastery, discipline, and becoming the highest version of yourself. An entrepreneur, fitness athlete, music producer, and personal-development mentor, Victoria lives by a principle that defines both her work and her life: vision creates the destination, but discipline, systems, and execution get you there.

Her career reflects that philosophy. Victoria has coached clients one-on-one, created and released music as Andromeda Vi, trained for fitness competition, fought in MMA, and pursued endurance athletics. Across every discipline, she has built her life around clear vision, high standards, accountability, consistency, and execution.

That philosophy followed her into business. Victoria co-founded Agentic Labs after recognizing that many entrepreneurs have extraordinary ideas but lack the systems capable of supporting their ambitions.

As CEO, she leads the vision, brand, client experience, business development, and direction of Agentic Labs, working alongside Max’s technical leadership to turn ambitious business goals into intelligent systems built for execution and growth.

For Victoria, AI is ultimately about freedom and possibility. Better systems give entrepreneurs greater capacity, stronger execution, and more time to create, lead, grow, and actually enjoy the lives they are building.

Max Knox

Max is a lifelong surfer, entrepreneur, and world traveler who has built an extraordinary career doing what he does best: solving complex problems and bringing ambitious visions to life. From chasing waves across the world to working alongside billionaires, founders, and executives, Max has spent his life at the intersection of adventure, technology, and entrepreneurship. Today, he is the President and CTO of Agentic Labs, where he brings that experience into the rapidly evolving world of artificial intelligence.

His career has taken him far beyond the traditional technology industry. Max has worked behind the scenes with Warner Bros., Callaway Golf, the band Korn, major law firms, private enterprises, and the Government of Puerto Rico—helping sophisticated organizations transform ideas into technology, strengthen their operations, and build systems designed to scale.

With more than 20 years of experience in technology, Max specializes in AI development, software engineering, business systems infrastructure, automation, and scalable digital solutions. His strength has always been taking something complex and making it work—better, smarter, and at scale.

Agentic Labs represents the next evolution of that work. For Max, it is also deeply connected to purpose. After decades of building systems and bringing other people’s visions to life, he now wants to use that experience to help entrepreneurs build businesses that work for them. Through intelligent systems and AI, his goal is to remove unnecessary complexity, give business owners back their time, and create the freedom to focus on the work—and the life—they actually care about.

Beyond technology, Max is the founder of Stay Inspired, a personal-development retreat and education company focused on human potential. Through immersive retreats, workshops, and mentorship, he helps people challenge limitations, expand their thinking, and turn personal vision into meaningful change.

Whether he’s helping an entrepreneur bring an idea to life, architecting intelligent systems, mentoring someone through their next chapter, traveling somewhere new, or paddling toward the next wave, Max has built his life around a philosophy he now brings to others: build something meaningful, create more freedom, and make room for what makes you feel alive.
