These terms govern your use of agentic-labs.co and your communications with Agentic Labs, including our SMS/text messaging program described below. By using our website, submitting our forms, or communicating with us by phone or text, you agree to these terms.
SMS Messaging Program Terms
- Program name & sender: Agentic Labs conversational messaging, sent by Agentic Labs from our business number +1 (714) 584-6378.
- Types of messages you may receive: conversational, service-related texts — replies to inquiries you submit through our website, appointment scheduling, confirmations and reminders for consultations, and related follow-ups from our team and our AI assistant, Nova. We do not send bulk promotional blasts under this program.
- Message frequency varies based on your conversation with us.
- Message and data rates may apply. Charges are billed by your mobile carrier per your plan.
- Opt out at any time: text STOP to cancel and you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. After opting out you may receive a single final message confirming your opt-out.

- Consent is not a condition of purchase. You can use all of our services without agreeing to receive SMS.
- Privacy: see our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
How you opt in
You receive messages under this program only if you (a) submit the form at agentic-labs.co, provide your phone number, and check the SMS consent box, or (b) text our business number first, initiating a conversation.
Use of the website and services
